Terms of Service
Last updated: 2 May 2026
These terms apply when you use PuzzlePath. By buying, accessing, or playing a PuzzlePath trail, you agree to these terms.
What PuzzlePath Provides
PuzzlePath provides digital clue-based trail experiences. Trails may be played online through a web browser and may guide you through real-world locations, venues, or public spaces.
PuzzlePath is a digital product. We do not provide physical goods.
Purchases And Access
A one-time purchase grants access to the selected PuzzlePath trail. Access is for personal use and should not be resold, copied, shared publicly, or used to create competing trail content.
Payment is handled by Stripe. Your access may depend on successful payment confirmation.
Refunds
Refunds are handled case-by-case by PuzzlePath. If you have a problem with a purchase or cannot access a trail, contact support@puzzlepath.co.uk and include the email address used for the purchase.
Guest Play And Accounts
You may be able to play as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity that happens through your account.
If you believe your account has been used without permission, contact us as soon as possible.
Your Responsibilities
When using PuzzlePath, you agree to:
- Take reasonable care of your own safety and the safety of others.
- Follow local laws, venue rules, opening hours, and staff instructions.
- Respect venues, public spaces, private property, wildlife, and other people.
- Use PuzzlePath without damaging property, causing disruption, or entering unsafe or restricted areas.
- Use your own judgement before crossing roads, moving through busy areas, or following any route suggestion.
Outdoor Gameplay Risks
Some PuzzlePath trails are played outdoors or in public places. Outdoor play may involve normal real-world risks, including traffic, uneven ground, weather, crowds, poor lighting, or temporary route changes.
You are responsible for deciding whether it is safe to continue at any point. Do not use your phone in a way that distracts you from your surroundings. If an area feels unsafe, inaccessible, closed, or inappropriate to enter, do not continue into that area.
Venues And Public Spaces
PuzzlePath may refer to venues, landmarks, attractions, or public spaces. Unless we clearly state otherwise, PuzzlePath is a platform provider and is not the venue owner, venue operator, local authority, or landowner.
Venue entry, opening times, facilities, accessibility, staff decisions, and admission charges are controlled by the relevant venue or operator, not PuzzlePath.
Availability
We aim to keep PuzzlePath available and accurate, but trails and online services may sometimes be interrupted, changed, withdrawn, or affected by local conditions. We may update trail content to improve the experience or respond to real-world changes.
Misuse And Termination
We may suspend or revoke access if PuzzlePath is misused, if payment is reversed or fraudulent, if an account is used to disrupt the service, or if these terms are breached.
Limitation Of Liability
PuzzlePath is provided for entertainment. You are responsible for your physical safety and for the choices you make while playing.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, PuzzlePath is not responsible for loss, injury, damage, delay, venue closure, travel cost, or other issue arising from your participation in a trail, except where the law says liability cannot be excluded.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these terms as PuzzlePath develops. If we make important changes, we will update this page and revise the date above.
